Support and Health Do I have any medical conditions? None Who I can live with Can I live with dogs? Yes Can I live with cats? Yes Can I live with small pets? Yes Additional information Like other small pets, they should be kept safely away from other animals in the home. As prey animals, they may feel threatened by the presence of other species. Family and environment What kind of family am I looking for? Some rabbits can really enjoy the companionship of humans and become very affectionate, other rabbits are more independent and prefer to keep to themselves with a nice routine. A family who can provide a safe environment with gentle and calm interactions can create beautiful bonds with their rabbits, helping them feel safe. Due to them being prey species and not enjoy being handled, they are often suited to families with older children. What type of environment would suit me? Rabbits require lots of space to keep them fit, healthy and happy. The minimum recommended space for a pair of rabbits is an area measuring 3 x 2m, with a minimum height of 1m. This can be achieved using a predator proof run or aviary. In addition, they will need access to a sheltered area of at least 6 x 2 ft, such as a hutch, shed or Wendy house, which should be securely attached to or placed within the run. Rabbits will need to have 24-hour access to both the run and shelter. Alternatively, if you plan to keep your rabbits indoors, they will need to have a dedicated area of 3 x 2m. While they may be allowed to have access to other areas of the house, it is important that they have a designated space where they can retreat to feel safe. Discover the perfect care tips for rabbits in our care guide: 01219-Small-pet-care-guide_Rabbit_A5_WEB.pdf About Rosie Rosie is a beautiful, sweet-natured girl who is looking for a special bunny friend to share her life with. This lovely rabbit is full of curiosity and enjoys exploring her surroundings, always keen to investigate anything new. Rosie has a gentle personality and is a pleasure to spend time with, happily hopping over to see what you're up to. One thing Rosie is particularly passionate about is her food! Whether it's fresh herbs, tasty greens, or her favourite treats, mealtimes are definitely the highlight of her day. When she's not busy exploring or enjoying a snack, Rosie loves to relax in her favourite napping spot—on top of a chair. From her elevated perch, she can keep an eye on everything around her before settling down for a well-earned snooze. Rosie is now searching for a suitable neutered male companion to bond with, as she would thrive with bunny company and the bond that rabbits naturally crave. With patience and the right match, we're sure Rosie will make a wonderful partner and bring lots of joy to her future bunny friend. If you're looking for a sweet, inquisitive rabbit to join your family and have a male rabbit in need of a companion, Rosie could be the perfect match. Could you offer Rosie the loving forever home she deserves? Things to note Do you have a single rabbit looking for a companion? As well as rehoming bonded pairs or groups, we help to find companions for single rabbits too. We offer an onsite mixing service and can also provide you with ongoing support if you decide mixing at home is the best practice for you and your pet.
