Background: Meet Rosie, a single female rabbit who is looking for her forever home. Rosie came to Raystede due to change of living circumstances and is now looking for a home with a single rabbit to bond with. She's a loving, curious and friendly girl who enjoys and food and a gentle head stroke! She can also be independent and will let you know when she wants affection on her own terms, sometimes with a cheeky thump. She is a loving and sensitive girl who prefers a quite life. She had a strong bond with her previous companion and was the dominant of the two. She is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. Home wanted: Rosie could be suited to indoor of outdoor living. The dedicated living area must be a minimum of 60ft². She was described as being toilet trained in her previous indoor home. Please read our online rabbit care guide for Raystede's rehoming requirements for more information on the perfect indoor home for rabbits. Children: Could live with older teens/adult only home. Recommend limited handling and no handling by visiting children. Other animals: Requires a companion - Rosie could suit a neutered male or spayed female companion. Must be kept separate from other pets in the home. Her previous companion was a neutered buck so this pairing may be most familiar to her. Additional needs: Rosie will require a calm and peaceful home to give her lots of fuss and attention whilst she approaches her senior years. Rosie has a sensitive tummy and can be prone to Gut Stasis, therefore prospective owners must be familiar with the signs of this and have experience with GS. Adopters will need to keep yearly vaccinations up to date. If you are interested in adopting the absolutely gorgeous Rosie as a companion for your rabbit, please complete an online application form.
