Hughie

Background: Meet Handsome Hughie, a neutered buck. Hughie came to Raystede as his owners were moving and could not take him with them. He is now ready to start looking for a new wife-bun and new home to give him the pep back in his step! Home wanted: Hughie is a busy boy and quite tidy, so he is looking for an indoor or outdoor home. He has lived indoors and outdoors previously dependent on the season. He knows his own mind and will accept head strokes, but will let you know once he's bored and ready to make some mischief! He is looking for a home with an existing female rabbit to bond with. He can be a little destructive when bored, so is looking for a home with lots of space and fun rabbit enrichment to keep him entertained. Enclosure must be minimum of 3m x 2m x 1m. Children: Could live with calm, older teens. Hughie can be spooked easily so is looking for a quiet home and must not be handled by any visiting children. Other animals: Must be rehomed to a home with an existing female rabbit to bond with. Must be kept separate from other pets in the home. Additional needs: Hughie is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. Hughie is currently on a weight loss plan so adopters will need to be knowledgeable on suitable portions sizes and healthy diets for rabbits.
