Billy & Tansey

Background: Meet Billy (neutered buck) and Tansey (spayed doe), a bonded pair of rabbits who came to Raystede due to the ill health of their previous owner. Home wanted: Big Billy is a confident and friendly chap who loves to come and see what you are up to, he does not enjoy being picked up but is inquisitive. He can be a greedy boy so potential adopters will need to manage his diet correctly as he can be rather persuasive! Tiny Tansey is more shy and will accept attention on her own terms. She has become much braver with the Smalls Team since arriving and will happily run over to you when cleaning. Billy and Tansey are looking for a secure outdoor enclosure with plenty of space and enrichment to keep them active and busy. Currently living in an outdoors enclosure. They could potentially live indoors with their own dedicated space however they are currently a little messy so more suited to outdoors. Children: Could live with older teens/adult only home. Must not to be handled by visiting children in the home. Prefer a quiet home without young children. Other animals: Bonded pair so must be rehomed together. Would likely prefer to stay as a bonded pair as very closely bonded, rather than bonding with any additional rabbits. Must be kept separate from other pets in the home. Additional needs: Tansey has suspected nuclear schlerosis and is slowly losing her vision. She is fine in herself and is able to navigate round her enclosure easily with the help of Billy. They are both neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. Adopters will need to keep their yearly vaccinations up to date. Enclosure must be minimum of 60ft².
