These 5 are a litter of Lionhead babies all born on the 21st of March this year, they came to us as an unplanned litter. They have all recently been vaccinated so are ready for re-homing. There are 2 girls and 3 boys in the litter and we are re-homing these in either pairs of a group of 3 if possible. They will need to be housed indoor initially as they are very small and could easily be prey to cats or birds, and they will need to be protected from cold nights. They will need sensible feeding and children will need supervision when handling them as the rabbits can easily be injured at this age if dropped. The parents were both dwarf lionhead rabbits so these babies will be of small sized with long coats that will need regular grooming or trimming in the warm weather. These would be ideal as house rabbits but could adapt to living outdoors, when older, with the right set up. They would be best in a home without cats or dogs given their size. These are too young for neutering so adopters will receive vouchers for free neutering, at vetsforpets Bury, when they are old enough for the operation. We will also microchip these when they are a little bigger with free registration. Our rabbits are also re-homed vet health checked and with 4 weeks free pet plan insurance cover. Applications are through the online form and we will get back to you, by email, A.S.A.P. We are open Thu, Fri, Sat and Sunday 11am till 4pm if you do want to meet them or if you are interested in re-homing you can also arrange a meet outside these days by contacting us on farm@bleakholt.org
