Petra (& Cloudy)

Meet Petra and Cloudy! They’re a sweet duo looking for a new family to love and care for them, and a home to call their own. As a bonded pair, and because rabbits are naturally social, Petra and Cloudy are looking for a home together, where they can spend their days grooming one another, binkying (a special rabbit jump of joy), and cuddling up close — especially on cold winter nights. Like all rabbits, Petra and Cloudy love to explore! Providing them with a large, safe, and secure space where they can run, jump, climb, and dig will help them live life to the fullest. A large aviary-style enclosure with hiding places, tunnels, boxes, or a playhouse/hutch with a secure outdoor exercise area would be ideal to keep them healthy and happy. If possible, they would also enjoy supervised time exploring the garden. To help keep their teeth healthy, Petra and Cloudy will need plenty of hay and grass. As a tasty treat, they also enjoy spinach, kale, and cabbage (fed in moderation), along with a small daily amount of pellets. Enrichment such as hay boxes filled with treats and nuggets to forage for, herbs hung on string, or apple tree branches placed on platforms are all simple and fun ways to keep them entertained. They are looking for an outdoor home together.
