Romeo

Romeo is a confident, people loving rabbit who adores interacting with his humans and circling their feet for attention. He’s active, excitable, and always ready to explore or play in cardboard boxes and tubes. This is all the more impressive as he only has three legs! One of back legs was amputated, but he copes incredibly well and it doesn't slow him down! He’s toilet trained, a great hay eater, and loves dinner time and treats. Romeo enjoys ear scratches - he can’t quite give them himself although he sometimes even tries with his little phantom leg. He happily shares kisses with anyone he trusts and is a favourite of the foster teams. He loves all his veggies but most of all loves his hay. Because he’s so active it’s best to think of how make his environment simple for him. Flat openings on litter trays and ramps rather than tubes. He throws himself everywhere but it’s hard work on his body so we like to make things easier for him.
