Simba and Nala are a bonded pair of Lionhead rabbits, one and a half years old and looking for their forever home together. Simba is larger than his sister, and is a lovely, friendly, easy going boy. Simba had all his incisors taken out as a youngster before he came into RSPCA care and he continues to eat a regular diet, providing his treats are not too large. He is happy to have strokes and the occasional cuddle, although the main focus in his life is being a good partner to Nala and keeping her content. Nala is the smaller of the two rabbits, but she is the bossiest! She likes her hutch 'just so' and can be grumpy if you put her litter tray in the wrong place. She loves her hay and her comforts and has a sassy side with a bit of attitude to get what she wants! Nala and Simba are best suited to a home where they will be the only rabbits as Nala does not like to see other female rabbits around who might have eyes for her beautiful Simba. Being rather splendid Lionheads, they will require regular combing. Simba especially requires help from his human carer, as he lacks the teeth to groom well all over. Nala may groom his face and mane but that's as far as she goes. Being the princess that she is, Nala keeps herself looking good but still requires a quick combing, as these rabbits have thick coats. Simba and Nala are not keen on getting wet so are looking for a spacious and sturdy hutch or shed with constant access to a predator proof run. The hutch should offer a minimum of 180cm wide x 60cm deep x 60cm high and their run needs to be 3m x 2m x at least 1m high.
