Could Buttons & Chico be right for you? Buttons and Chico are now ready to find their forever home together and are searching for a special family who can offer them the space, understanding, and care they deserve. Of the two, Chico is the confident character who is always happy to investigate what is going on around him. Buttons is a little more reserved and prefers life at his own pace. While he has made progress in our care, he is not comfortable with handling and can become very stressed when picked up or restrained. Because of this, we are looking for experienced rabbit owners who understand rabbit behaviour and are happy to work around Buttons' needs rather than expecting him to enjoy regular handling. These lovely boys would thrive in a calm home where they can build trust in their own time and be appreciated for who they are. Their future family should understand that Buttons may always prefer to keep all four paws on the ground and enjoy affection on his own terms. Buttons and Chico are looking for a spacious setup that allows them plenty of room to run, explore, and express their natural behaviours. Rabbits need far more space than many people realise, and we will be looking for a home that can provide a minimum living area of 3m x 2m x 1m. If you are an experienced rabbit owner with the space, patience, and understanding to give this bonded pair the home they deserve, Buttons and Chico could be the perfect addition to your family. They may be different in personality, but together they make a wonderful duo and are ready to hop off into their next adventure.
