Hei Hei

Hei Hei is a sweet young degu that loves human company. He will jump out of the cage to climb on you and will happily sit in your hands. He can often be found digging and burrowing in his bedding. He is now looking for a group of degu friends to run around with. Hei Hei can be a little nervous at first but it doesn’t take long for him to come around and start climbing all over you. He received a lot of handling and interaction from a young age in his previous home and is continuing to build his confidence even more here. Hei Hei is looking for a large enclosure with plenty of enriching levels and resources to encourage his natural behaviours. Sizes of the enclosure and what it requires can be discussed with staff. He needs to be rehomed with other degus, ideally of a similar age to him. This can be discussed with the staff.
