Whitney

Meet Whitney — a tiny, beautiful 4-year-old black otter Netherland Dwarf weighing just 0.9kg. She’s an independent little character with plenty of personality and charm. Whitney enjoys life on her own terms. When she’s feeling playful, she’ll zoom around with bursts of energy and occasionally do a happy little binky. She can be affectionate too, sometimes coming over for gentle nose boops or a few strokes, though she’s equally confident letting you know when she’d rather have her own space. She can be cautious and slightly skittish at times, especially in new situations, but she’s also curious and loves jumping onto things — getting back down is another matter! Whitney previously shared a close bond with another rabbit, who she sadly lost recently, and she would love the company of friendly bunny companions again. She’s a cheeky girl who loves hidey holes, tunnels, and anything she can shove around — litter trays, cardboard boxes, you name it. If a box refuses to move, she’ll happily remodel it by chewing holes instead. Despite her mischievous side, she’s very tidy and uses her litter tray well. She’s a clever bunny who enjoys enrichment toys such as stacking cups, treat balls filled with pellets, and even dog puzzle toys with flaps and sliding panels. She’s learned to spin for treats and could likely learn more tricks, although her stubborn streak occasionally appears — particularly if you’re trying to coax her out from under the bed in a hurry!
